Women Vote Announces New Television Ad Running in Arkansas’s 2nd Congressional District

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Women Vote, the independent expenditure arm of EMILYs List, unveiled a new ad in Arkansas’s 2nd Congressional District. The ad, Forgot, calls out Congressman French Hill for serving corporations and special interests instead of hardworking Arkansans.

“Congressman French Hill made clear where his loyalty lies, and it’s not with Arkansas’s women and working families,” said Melissa Williams, executive director of Women Vote “While French Hill has done plenty for big business, he’s done absolutely nothing to help the hardworking Arkansans he was elected to serve. Meanwhile, Joyce Elliott has spent her career championing her community and making their voices heard in Little Rock. Arkansas’s 2nd Congressional District has the chance to make history by electing their first woman representative, and we’re confident they’re going to do so on Election Day.”
