EMILYs List Congratulates Janelle Stelson on Her Victory in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following Janelle Stelson’s critical win flipping Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, EMILYs List President Jessica Mackler released the following statement celebrating her victory:

“EMILYs List proudly congratulates Janelle Stelson on her victory in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, a critical pickup on the path to a U.S. House majority. Janelle fought hard for this win: In 2024, her race was the second-closest House race in the country, and after doubling down on her commitment to lowering costs and putting an end to the corrupt self-dealing in Congress, we are proud to celebrate this victory alongside her. EMILYs List stood with Janelle then and is proud to stand with her again in this decisive victory.”

EMILYs List’s Mission Majority initiative put Democratic women at the center of an aggressive strategy to flip the U.S. House and reclaim the majority. EMILYs List led the effort to expand the battleground map, backing 26 Majority Makers in key competitive districts and tougher Republican-held terrain where strong women candidates could deliver the seats Democrats needed to win the House. We built that strategy by providing strategic guidance, critical resources, and targeted fundraising and communications support to help candidates compete and win.
