WASHINGTON, D.C. – EMILYs List women have once again delivered the U.S. House majority for Democrats, flipping enough seats across the map to take back control of the chamber. EMILYs List President Jessica Mackler released the following statement:

EMILYs List’s Mission Majority initiative put Democratic women at the center of an aggressive strategy to flip the U.S. House and reclaim the majority. EMILYs List led the effort to expand the battleground map, backing 26 Majority Makers in key competitive districts and tougher Republican-held terrain where strong women candidates could deliver the seats Democrats needed to win the House.
