EMILY's List Statement on Hillary Scholten Advancing to the General Election in Michigan’s 3rd Congressional District 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, congratulated Hillary Scholten on advancing to the general election in Michigan’s 3rd Congressional District. Stephanie Schriock, president of EMILYs List, released the following statement:

Hillary has dedicated her career to public service as a former clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals Second Circuit and member of the U.S. Department of Justice under President Obama. She is a champion for marginalized communities who knows how to fight tough fights. Hillary is running to turn a newly open seat blue in November and we look forward to helping her get the job done.”
