EMILYs List Endorses Judge Penny Brown Reynolds for Georgia Secretary of State

Judge Penny Brown Reynolds is a longtime public servant and former judge who served as a senior civil rights official in the White House. Throughout her impressive 27-year legal career, she served as Georgia state assistant attorney general, a trial court judge in the Fulton County State Court for nearly a decade, and was appointed as one of the youngest judges in the state – championing justice and her community’s needs each step of the way. 

She is facing Republican Georgia state Representative Tim Fleming, who has spent his time in office clamoring for Donald Trump’s support, peddling lies about Georgia’s elections, and pushing bills to strip away Georgians’ voting rights.
