EMILYs List Endorses Jen Jordan and Miracle Rankin for Georgia Supreme Court

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, endorsed Jen Jordan and Miracle Rankin for Georgia state Supreme Court. EMILYs List President Jessica Mackler released the following statement:

Jen Jordan has spent her career representing hard-working families by holding the powerful accountable. As an attorney, she took on an insurance company after it refused to cover the breast cancer treatments of one of its insured policyholders. In the Georgia state Senate, she fought against efforts to dump more corporate money into politics, restrict the basic rights of Georgians, and corrupt election systems. Now, she is running for Georgia Supreme Court to protect the constitutional rights of her children and every Georgian.

Miracle Rankin is a mom, trial attorney, and community leader who has built her career taking on the most powerful interests — and winning. As a trial attorney she’s represented victims of catastrophic truck wrecks, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and corporate negligence. Her impactful work has been nationally recognized through numerous awards including the National Bar Association’s Award of Achievement for Outstanding Service, Congressional recognition for service to the community, and she was named a Georgia Super Lawyer.
