EMILYs List Congratulates Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez on Her Reelection to Washington’s 3rd Congressional District

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s reelection to Washington’s 3rd Congressional District, EMILYs List President Jessica Mackler released the following statement:

“EMILYs List congratulates Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez on her reelection to a third term in the U.S. House. A fifth-generation Washingtonian, small business owner, and pro-choice mom, Marie has built a strong connection with her district by focusing on the issues that matter most to local families. EMILYs List is proud to support Marie’s reelection and send a strong pro-choice woman who will continue fighting for her community back to Congress.”

EMILYs List’s Mission Majority initiative put Democratic women at the center of an aggressive strategy to flip the U.S. House and reclaim the majority. The path to a majority required protecting the ten Frontline incumbents who prevailed in some of the toughest races of 2024. Throughout the cycle, the EMILYs List team provided strategic support and critical resources to help our incumbents defend their seats.
