While many doubted this race was winnable, EMILYs List stood with Kristina early on because we knew her strength as a candidate put this district in play. An Air Force veteran, oncology nurse practitioner, and mom of two, Kristina has spent her life serving others. She’ll bring that experience to Congress to lower healthcare costs and fight for Ohio’s working families.”

In OH-10, EMILYs List worked directly with Kristina to make this race competitive, providing strategic guidance, fundraising support, and communications expertise throughout the race. Over the summer, EMILYs List Action launched a six-figure accountability campaign exposing how Mike Turner’s agenda was driving up costs for families. In the fall, Women Vote, EMILYs List’s independent expenditure arm, invested an additional six figures in paid communications to reach voters, draw a clear contrast, and help Kristina flip the seat.

EMILYs List’s Mission Majority initiative put Democratic women at the center of an aggressive strategy to flip the U.S. House and reclaim the majority. EMILYs List led the effort to expand the battleground map, backing 26 Majority Makers in key competitive districts and tougher Republican-held terrain where strong women candidates could deliver the seats Democrats needed to win the House.
