EMILYs List Congratulates Rep. Nellie Pou on Her Reelection to New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following Rep. Nellie Pou’s reelection to New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District, EMILYs List President Jessica Mackler released the following statement:

“EMILYs List proudly congratulates Rep. Nellie Pou on her reelection to New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District. A longtime public servant, Nellie has built her career fighting for New Jersey families and expanding opportunity for her community. In Congress, she’ll continue to champion working families, defend reproductive freedom, and fight for a future where every family can thrive. We’re proud to stand with Nellie as she continues this work in Washington.”

EMILYs List’s Mission Majority initiative put Democratic women at the center of an aggressive strategy to flip the U.S. House and reclaim the majority. The path to a majority required protecting the ten Frontline incumbents who prevailed in some of the toughest races of 2024. Throughout the cycle, the EMILYs List team provided strategic support and critical resources to help our incumbents defend their seats.
