WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, congratulated Liz Watson on tonight’s primary election victory in Indiana's 9th Congressional District. Stephanie Schriock, president of EMILYs List, released the following statement:
 
“Liz Watson has spent her career fighting for Indiana’s women and working families and will continue to do so in Congress. Hoosier families deserve a representative who will protect and advocate for them, and Liz is the best person for the job. She will now face Republican Trey Hollingsworth, who has spent his first term in Congress pushing a dangerous political agenda instead of advocating for the families he was elected to represent. EMILYs List is excited to congratulate Liz on her victory tonight and we look forward to helping to elect her this November.”
