Tish’s experiences as New York City public advocate and as a champion for progress and equality will make her a fierce attorney general who is ready to stand up and protect New York’s most vulnerable communities. EMILYs List is proud to congratulate Tish on her historic victory tonight as she becomes the first woman and first African American elected to serve as New York’s attorney general.”
