Senate Republicans Gear up to Fast-Track Disastrous Affordable Care Act Repeal

As Senate Republicans attempt to fast-track their dangerous Graham-Cassidy-Heller plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Stephanie Schriock, president of EMILY's List, released the following statement:

“Dean Heller, Jeff Flake, and Senate Republicans are gambling with the lives of millions of Americans as they desperately try to fast-track a dangerous health care agenda. Our work at EMILY's List to elect women who will fight to protect working families is more critical than ever.”

New reports reveal that Graham-Cassidy-Heller would gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions, add millions to the uninsured, drive up out-of-pocket costs, and defund Planned Parenthood.
