As a state senator, the first woman mayor of Tolleson, and now the first Latina Democrat elected to statewide office in Arizona, Anna is a trailblazer who has consistently served as a voice for communities that are too often left out of the conversation. EMILYs List was thrilled to support Anna in this historic race and we are confident that she will work to protect Arizona consumers and natural resources, and bring new progressive leadership to this vital regulatory body.”
