EMILYs List Endorses Trish Gunby for the Missouri House of Representatives 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, endorsed Trish Gunby in the special election for Missouri House District 99. Stephanie Schriock, president of EMILYs List, released the following statement:

“Trish Gunby is a strong community leader with deep ties to Missouri’s 99th House District. An engaged citizen who has championed issues like public safety, voting rights, and gun safety, she will undoubtedly be a strong voice in Jefferson City for working families. The choice could not be more clear for voters come November and EMILYs List is proud to support Trish’s candidacy for the Missouri House of Representatives.”

Trish Gunby is a 25-year resident of House District 99 with an impressive record of working to improve the lives of all residents. She has worked to increase public safety through her Neighborhood Watch Program, expand access to the ballot box with the St. Louis Area Voter Protection Coalition, and protect marginalized communities as a Social Justice Coordinator with her church. Trish worked in project management and marketing before staying at home to raise her two children full-time. She lives in the district with her husband Mark.
