Donna Miller

Cook County Commissioner Donna Miller is the Democratic nominee in Illinois’ 2nd Congressional District, an open seat. Donna has spent her career serving the community and fighting to lower costs for working families, increase opportunity, and expand access to healthcare, particularly for women and communities of color. As a Cook County commissioner, she fought to lessen healthcare disparities in her community, secured millions in grant funding for COVID-19 relief, FEMA, first responders, and other vital programs, and tackled food insecurity in her district. She is an advocate for HIV/AIDS and sickle cell disease awareness, as well as a strong reproductive health care advocate.
