As goes Pennsylvania, so goes … Wisconsin? Not if Kelda Roys has a say.

A Wisconsin GOP lawmaker is proposing to split the state’s electoral votes by congressional district instead of using the current ‘winner-take-all’ system, echoing similar legislation recently introduced in Pennsylvania. This is especially problematic because those congressional districts were just re-engineered by Republicans and signed off on by Governor Scott Walker.
