Biden helps Markey fundraise in Colorado

Great news for Betsy Markey!

Vice President Joe Biden recently paid a trip to Colorado to help Markey fundraise as she runs for the CO-4 House seat. Biden’s trip reflects just how important Markey’s win is to the White House and for Democrats across the nation.

Biden also praised Markey for her support for economic stimulus spending and the creation of new and effective energy policies.

We were shocked to watch Republican members of Congress attempt to silence members of the Democratic Women's Caucus as they spoke on the House floor this Saturday. But as frustrating as it was to watch, it must have been even more maddening for the women members who couldn't finish a sentence.

Earl Hilliard, Jr. -- 26.9%
Shelia Smoot -- 28.5%
Martha Bozeman -- 7.8%
