I can only assume that Dean Heller thinks that getting elected to the U.S. Senate is as easy as getting appointed to the U.S. Senate. Otherwise, he would have never cast his vote in favor of Paul Ryan's disastrous budget plan – not just one time, but twice – as he has confidently reminded everyone. Maybe he missed the news about Kathy Hochul winning a reliably red, New York congressional district on this very issue?
