Barnes’s opponent launches negative attacks

Former Kansas City Mayor Kay Barnes is already facing negative attacks from her Republican opponent, Rep. Sam Graves. Running for the U.S. House in Missouri’s sixth congressional district, Barnes went up on the air last week to combat the attacks, which have been called sexist and racist in the Missouri press.
