We would like to invite you to join EMILY's List president Ellen R. Malcolm on Tuesday morning for breakfast and a discussion on the latest Women's Monitor -- a national study that talked to more than 1,400 women voters in four distinct generational groups; Gen Y, Gen X, Boomers and Seniors. Media access to the EMILY's List gala reception at the Sheraton:

The EMILY's List gala reception at the Sheraton is entirely sold out, which is severely impacting our press area and reducing the amount of media credentials we are able to distribute. At this time, we will not be able to accept further requests for credentials for this event. We appreciate your interest and apologize for the inconvenience.

The EMILY's List gala reception will be available for viewing live via online streaming video -- please visit www.emilyslist.org at 2 p.m. MST on Tuesday to watch. We are also happy to set up interviews with principles from EMILY's List directly following the event or at other points during the Convention. To sign up for the webcast click here.

Important information for media who are credentialed to attend the gala reception:

  • Credentials can be picked up at the media check-in desk outside the plaza ballroom which will open at 1:00 p.m.
  • Because of security restrictions, credentialed media will have two windows to enter the ballroom at 1:40 p.m and 2:10 p.m. You must arrive in time to pick up your credential and enter ballroom at this time. Access will not be allowed at any other time prior to the end of the program.
  • There is no reentry to the ballroom prior to the end of the program.
