Senator Barbara Mikulski (MD) sure knows how to cut to the chase.

Check out this video from Barbara on the floor of the Senate today, speaking out why health reform is critical to women in America. From discriminating against women based on gender to classifying domestic violence as a pre-existing condition, the current system does not work for women -- and no one is more dedicated to changing that than Barbara, the first woman EMILY's List helped elect to office.
