Rice endorsed by Gloria Steinem in NY-AG race

"The ideas, the experience and the determination." That's what leading women's rights activist Gloria Steinem says she wants in the next attorney general of New York. And in her opinion, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice has all three.
Steinem endorsed Kathleen on the steps of New York's City Hall today, calling her a "a tough, no-nonsense career prosecutor who's running a large office of attorneys right now, directed to fight for victims and stand up against people who violate the rights given to all of us."
Kathleen, who's being supported by EMILY's List's Political Opportunity Program, is in a tough fight to win this seat, but she's running a strong campaign and earning key endorsements like this one to make her case to voters.
