We’ve known for a while what a stellar candidate Margaret Anderson Kelliher is for governor of Minnesota, so we’re thrilled to hear that Margaret has an important new endorsement under her belt: The Minneapolis Star Tribune, the largest newspaper in the state. In their endorsement, the Star Tribune noted that “Margaret Anderson Kelliher exhibits more ability to unify than do her chief rivals.” We couldn’t agree more, and it’s exciting to see Minnesota’s largest newspaper join over 36 key organizations in endorsing Kelliher’s candidacy.

Margaret is ready to roll up her sleeves and get down to the essential task of bringing jobs back to Minnesota. The wide array of her endorsements is testament to her ability to unite Minnesotans around the issues that really matter to working families. We give our hearty congratulations to Margaret for this important endorsement and continue to fully support her campaign as her August 10 primary rapidly approaches.
