Markowitz plan features innovative, practical ideas

Yesterday, we told you about the jobs and efficiency plan Deb Markowitz (VT-Gov) just launched. We just came across a great story highlighting key components of the new plan, called JumpStartVT.

In addition to establishing savings programs to aid new business owners with start-up costs, the plan would also cut down on bureaucratic red tape. Here's what Deb had to say:
