EMILY's List endorses Kuster in NH-02

Big news from the Granite State!
EMILY's List announced our endorsement of Ann McLane Kuster in New Hampshire's second district today. Annie is campaigning to fill the seat of Democratic Cong. Paul Hodes, who's running for the Senate next year. It will be crucial that Democrats hold on to this seat next year -- and we have just the candidate for the job!
Annie will likely have a competitive race ahead of her. Republican Jennifer Horn, who took on Hodes unsuccessfully in 2008, has already announced she's in the race. And former Republican Cong. Charlie Bass, who held this seat until 2006, is said to be eying the seat.
But we know Annie has the background, experience, and commitment to come out on top, and we couldn't be more excited about endorsing her.

"Annie is a long time community activist, attorney, author and public policy advocate with deep roots in New Hampshire. She has what it takes to make life better for Granite State families and will work to make health care affordable for every American, protect a woman’s right to choose, and look for new opportunities for renewable energy."
