Suzan DelBene

Suzan DelBene isn't one to wait around for things to change. She's taking action to make sure they do.

Suzan, who's running to unseat GOP Cong. Dave Reichert in WA-08, released her plan this week to get the district's economy back on track. A former Microsoft executive, Suzan understands what it takes to help businesses flourish during challenging economic times -- and she knows the impact those tough times have on Washington families.

"For me, the number one issue that we're facing is lack of jobs and the slowing of the economy and we've got to address that," Susan says. "That's my number one issue."

In addition to helping local businesses and start-up companies, Suzan is dedicated to increasing clean energy projects and making education and training opportunities more accessible for the district's residents.
