Biden helps Markey fundraise in Colorado

Great news for Betsy Markey!

Vice President Joe Biden recently paid a trip to Colorado to help Markey fundraise as she runs for the CO-4 House seat. Biden’s trip reflects just how important Markey’s win is to the White House and for Democrats across the nation.

Biden also praised Markey for her support for economic stimulus spending and the creation of new and effective energy policies.

Though Markey does not face and Democratic primary challengers, she does face the challenge of running as a Democrat in a highly Republican district. Her race presents a Democrat takeover opportunity – very exciting!
