Bass racking up endorsements in CA-33

Great news over the weekend in California, where state Assembly speaker emeritus Karen Bass is running to fill the seat of retiring Cong. Diane Watson in CA-33. Karen just announced three new endorsements: the Human Rights Campaign, the Korean American Democratic Committee, and the Mexican American Bar Association.
Here's what she had to say about the latest developments on her campaign:
“I am honored to be endorsed by such a diverse set of organizations. Their approval of my candidacy is a testament to how important is to bring groups together to form a common ground so that we may tackle the tough issues that we face."
Karen has also received Watson's support, along with backing from Cong. Maxine Waters (CA-35) and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, among others. With a June 8 primary coming up fast, these endorsements show Karen's campaign has the momentum she'll need to come out on top.
