Thinking about an EMILY's List internship?
Gain valuable political experience and help elect pro-choice Democratic women up and down the ticket! We offer internships spring, summer, and fall in all of our departments. Interns have the opportunity to do substantive work, while gaining in-depth experience in the political sector. In addition to daily work in their departments and attendance at staff events, interns participate in the brown bag program, which gives them the opportunity to eat lunch with senior level staff while learning about their professional history and gaining deeper knowledge about how all of the departments at EMILY’s List work.
A day in the life
What does it mean to be an EMILY's List intern? Maybe it's donor research. Or writing for the EMILY's List blog. Or scouring the Beltway and national press. Or maybe we'll just let some of our current and past interns tell you!
Where are they now?
EMILY’s List provides its interns with invaluable real-world, professional experience. Internships pave the way for bright futures in a range of fields from working on campaigns to working on the Hill, or even returning to EMILY’s List.
